Go to the pharmacy where you had your prescriptions filled and ask for a copy of your prescriptions and payments.

call your prescription company and they can send you a copy of your prescriptions and the amount you had to pay. If you don't have a prescription plan contact the pharmacy that you use and they will have the records as well

Goto your pharmacy and ask for a detailed listing of your prescription logs. They will have these records since they have to keep logs on all scrips. It should tell you how much each one costs, how much your insurance covered (if you have insurance), and then how much you had to pay (if anything).

go to the source--where u got the scripts filled --if more than one place go to all of them. and don't forget prescrition eye glasses count also
