How can I tell if I have a fever without useing a thermometer? Is it impossiable?

My symptoms include tiredness (after many hours of sleep.), slight woozyness every so often, mild, constant headache, acheing body, slight stomach pain, and a off and on mild sore throat.

Serious? Not serious at all? Please respond.

Sounds to me like you have the flu. I had mono when I was a teen and I had no stomach pain or sore throat, just tired all the time.
If you are feeling a chill, then you most likely have a fever. Sounds to me with a sore throat and and all the other symptoms that you definitely have the flu.
If you think you have the flu with a fever, take a Tylenol to reduce the fever and drink plenty of fluids. If this condition lasts for more then 3 days, seek medical advice.
Hope you feel better soon.

strep would have blisters on the back of your throat so it isnt strep. If you have been tired a lot its probably mono. I just got over mono and thats what happened to me. you'd have a bad fever for longer than just a night with the flu.

to determine FLu you need to take your temp. but i would say given the fact that the flu is prevelant i would say you have it.
Vomitting and Diarrhea are not always constant with Adult flu symptoms. Tamiflu might help you but i imagine it is too late if you have had symptons for more than 48 hours. if you are not better in 24 hours schedule a doc visit. get better.!

when i had mono, i felt similar to the symptoms you described. i was very tired. i had a fever almost everyday. i felt dizzy a lot and i had a headache. a month with mono my throat hurt so bad it was extremely painful even to just drink a sip of water. if you have mono, you may be able to feel your appendix swollen. its on your left side right below your rib cage i believe. if you really want to know, a blood test will be able to confirm it for you.

If you can get out of bed and use the bathroom it's not serious. Because when I had the flu, everytime I got up, I threw up!
