If you've been doing it for two years and still have a gut, then you aren't doing the right kind of exercises for abs. Ask your NCO for a change in the routine to include some ab work.

It may not help your abs but the Army may expand your world by letting you visit exciting places, meet new people and experience a different life-style.

You have to burn fat. This means eating right and burning more calories than you take in. I do it too. I lift weights and do a lot of cardio. Then go home have spaghetti and ice cream. It's equilibrium at best. So eat right and exercise. You will lose the fat. Thank you for serving !

if you really want to get into good shape work out on your own or ask for a transfer to the marines theyll work that gut off of you
