Once you start paying attention to all these details and defects i think your not in love like you used to especially if this is a long relationship why notice this now.. People go through changes..
Like my boyfriend always told me that i had to look the same always been with him for almost 3 yrs and ive gone up like 15 pounds and from a size 3 to a 7 from small to Medium because of depression when i learned i had cancerous cells in my ovaries so he knows its hard to deal with such thing.. {FYI: the cells where an error in the analysis and im fine but the depression doesnt want to leave me} he encoureges me to work out and i dont take it as an offence so maybe encourage him in the best ways
but if you dont love him no more just break up with him before you start changing this man

Coming from a guy...you don't.
You find a more attractive boyfriend who takes good care of himself physically and keeps his appearance up. Some one who's much less likely to turn into a slob once he thinks he's "got" you for good. The trade off is that you must do the same. Otherwise, it'll be him dumping you for a younger, more attractive woman...

As far as what? Is he wearing different clothes or gaining/losing weight? I guess it depends on if you still want to be with him. Maybe he just seems different to you because when you first met him you thought he was the neatest thing ever. Now that you're used to having him around, it's no big deal. Maybe it's not him that's changing at all.

Uh, it hasn't happened to me yet. My boyfriend has actually gotten a lot better looking since we've started dating. Being with me gave him more confidence in himself, it's so cute. He'll get all dressed up and worries about his hair. If he did start to get worse, I'd hit him upside the head and tell him to quit looking so shabby. It would probably make him cry though, he's so damn sensitive. So, being the straight forward person that I am. I would definitely tell him straight up, to get a hair cut. Quit with the junk food, etc...what ever department he's slacking in. Sugar coating things isn't going to get a person anywhere.

That is so shallow. Trust me, if you don't like the way he looks now, youre really not going to like him at 60 or 70. This is the person you supposedly love, don't judge him because he is losing his looks, judge him on how he treats you and how much he loves you.

You don't. If his looks are starting to turn you off, you need to decide if it is something that can be easily fixed or if it's someting permanent. If it's permanent don't tell him he looks bad just learn to deal with it or end the relationship. If your relationship is based soley off of looks then you probably shouldn't be in it in the first place.

you don't!! it wouldn't matter if you loved him for the person he is, not what he looks like......what do you think he will look like when he is 75? When you fall in love make sure its someone who has good communication skills because as you both get older, thats all you'll need
