i just went to the denist and he pulled my tooth,and my gum ripped and there are bone pieces still in there,is that normal or should have my dentist took them out too.i am still num from the numming shots and i had it done at 11am .i was just wondering.

No that's not normal. However, a good dentist would have taken it out (you don't want the gum to heal over it), so do you think it might just be the inside of the socket.... it can have a whitish tinge, or even something left over from a topical anesthetic.

They might fall out on there own but I would call the dentist just in case. I could never see if there were any pieces of my teeth left when they pulled it.

when i get a tooth pulled I have pieces of tooth coming out of my gums for months afterwards
