Iam 5 months pregnant and im having bad skin problems, i never used to have extremely bad skin, but now im getting at least 2 new break outs each day, and a sort of a rash(not acne), that is all red near my nose, the rash stays flat and looks like a sun-burn, and it wont go away, it doesnt itch of give me any discomfort just making me feel unnattractive, is there any ointment or anything i can put on my face, that wont clog my pores. also what are some good fruits and veggies that i can eat that help clear skin problems?

perfectly normal. durring the 2nd trimester your body is going through so many changes it just can't keep up! severe acne is pretty normal and will probably calm down in a week or two. The "rash" you have can be one of the ones on the below page.

It may not feel it but its normal. When I got pregnant everyone thought my husband was beating me because of the discolorations on my face. Something like the "mask of pregnancy." I found that mixing different powder makeups help but don't buy any new makeup cuz your skin will change again in your third trimester. Good luck!!
