What should I do?

I have the same problem. I always carry around some type of eye drops. Visine is good. Try switching your solution also they make solution for storing contacts that is for sensitive eyes. It isnt as harsh when you first put your contacts in. Also make sure you keep the contact case very clean. Clean it completely with soap and water every weekend. Change all of the solution in it daily. Make sure before you put them in or take them out to clean your contacts by putting a puddle of solution in the palm of your hand and rubbing the contact around in the puddle on the end of your fingertip for at least 30 seconds. This cleans off all of the protein buildup on the contact and really makes a difference as to "feeling" the contact in your eye.

you may have an astigmatism in one, or both eyes which makes it very difficult (or damn near impossible) to wear contacts on a daily basis...you could also just have very dry eyes...in that case, just add drops every 4 hours or so to add moisture to the surface between your eyeball and the contact. It could also be a sign that you have an eye infection...take your contacts for a few days and see if the symptoms return again. good luck!

Call an optician and ask him/her. You may need a different type of contacts, or need to be using some saline drops to keep your eyes and contacts moist.

You could always get glasses (I think they're sexy)!

you could routinely apply drops throughout the day or buy "breathable" contacts. they're probably more expensive than the ones you have now, but they will make a would of difference. ask your eye doctor about them

1. get eyedrops for contact lenses
2. get new contacts
3. wear sunglasses
4. i use conditioning with my contact lenses, and they have to soak in that for at least 8 hours, but I have hard contacts, so I don;t know how conditioning would work for you.
