ok my boyfriend and i have had problems before this is our 2nd time together, ill admit it i left him the first time and now he is like thinking that im going to do it again, we were on the phone earlier today and he said to me that he had a feeling that i was going to leave him. and last night he looked at me and asked if there was someone else....what should i do!!!!!!!!!!! i love him and dont want to leave him!

Tell him the truth: that you love him and are not going to leave him. He was probably really hurt when you left him the first time, and so it's understandable that he fears you leaving again. Just reassure him and eventually those fears will go away and he'll be comfortable in your relationship.

You need to seriously nip this in the butt. If you don't have a sit down with this guy and talk about why he thinks this then he will keep on at you where it may drive you out. For some reason he is paranoid and you need to find out what brought this on and reassure him your going nowhere.

you should have asked him right then...when he said that to you....you should say....what should I do? what makes you think that? lets talk about this together...

apparently, you didnt do anything on that phone call except defend yourself instead of give him positives for him. try harder.
