I like my mom is correct. However, you could say "My mom and I have similar tastes in clothes, music, food...." which means that you both like and agree on the same or similar things.

No. "I like my mom." isn't the same as "I have taste my mom."
I cannot understand the second sentence.

no it isn't the same thing. if you tasted your mom that means you ate her or licked her
