God answers all prayers, He answers "yes", "no", and "wait". Sometimes people don't like the answer and insist they didn't get one, still others don't know how to listen for God's answer. Or how about the football team that prays for a victory, what if the other team does to? Does God pick who he likes best? Of course not, sometimes it's in what you ask for in prayer. Ever heard Garth Brooks song where he sings "Some of God's greatest gifts are unanswered prayers."? God knows what's best for each of us but wants us to bring all things to Him in prayer.

Good question... People insist there is a God because they believe so many of their prayers are answered. The matter of why some prayers dont get answered is another question. If you want to know that, ask the question.

God is real and the prayers don't go unanswered God isn't a jeanie he doesn't give you what ever you ask for sometimes he says yes but other times he say no or not now.

The fact prayers go unanswered has no relevance toward God's existence.
God Himself says He does not listen to all prayers.
"Even though YOU make many prayers, I am not listening; with bloodshed YOUR very hands have become filled.. . ."
Isaiah 1:15
That's but 1 reason.

I believe ALL prayers are answered. Sometimes, the answer may be, "No." We don't aways get what we want, both in life and in prayer. God knows us intimately and sometimes the answer to our prayers comes in a different way than what we expected or wanted. But it is answered.

No prayer goes unanswered. No is still an answer.

Are your unanswered prayers for your benefit or for His Kingdom? He is not a dispenser for our selfish wants and desires. Seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added unto you!!

the key thing in prayer is that you you are ASKING. so the answer to your prayer may be no...so you have received an answer .. and that's were faith comes in to trust God enough to know that he knows whats best for your life. So their prayers are answered, it just a matter of excepting his reply.
