I would aviod it. If you don't want to go tanning to darken your skin a bit, i'd stick with a darker blond color to give your face a little depth, and it would look more attractive.

I got pretty light blonde hair. and im a pail *** girl lol.
If you dye your hair light blonde then you will look VERY natural .. people now adays dont know what the hell that is.
And if you're thinking bout going to the tanning bed... think bout how youll look older and more wrinkly when you get older lol . you wanna look as young as possible! lol .
If you want a LITTLE tan then try out the Olay Body Quench stuff. or just about any day by day lotion tanner. it just gives you a nice little glow.

you can but you shouldnt. It will drown your face out. I say tan in the tanning bed for about a week or something. Some people look good with light skin and light hair..like christina aguilera. but she is also one of the most beautiful; women ive ever seen. it really just depends on if that how want your hair.

You can certainly dye it any color you want, but it will not be "attractive" on you.
