little bit of snow covering the hood and I put the wipers on, they went up, then didnt go back down. I cleared all the anow out of the way and tried turning them back on so theyd go down, but they wont. Any idea whats going wrong?

Can you here the wiper motor running when you turn them on.It could be the wiper transmission arms inside the cowl could have disconnected..If you can,t here the motor try giving it at tap with a small hammer to see if it starts.Could be stuck on one .But if it starts it will eventually need a new one.There is no fuse for a wiper motor they run off a cicuit breaker that will jump and reset it self.

Check the wiper fuse. If you put wipers under a strain, like trying to remove to much snow or ice on the windwhield it will blow the fuse.

get an brand new wiper motor because if u replace the switch panel it may not be the only thing wrong get a new assembly for 50 bucks or so
