it doesnt make sense that some girls like these type of guys. the ******* treat the girl like crap and dont really respect women. the douche bags are just like the girls they date. they act the same way, wear the same type of clothes, etc. why cant some girls go for the nice guy who treats them with respect, values them as a person, and who is also different from them(not a douche bag)?

There is nothing wrong with being the nice guy. I am one of them. I still get to meet and date plenty of women. The problem with a lot of nice guys is that they believe that being nice to a woman will make them feel romantic and desire you more. There is a difference than being nice to a woman and being ROMANTIC and PLAYFUL.
A lot of women do not date nice guys because many look down on a guy who kisses their ***. Nice guys come across as grovelling for love, relationships and sex. Many don't like the nice guys because they fear they are the ones who will hurt them the most and don't realize this.
Another reason some women look down on the nice guys is because the first men in the lives, their fathers were either abusive or cold towards them and treated their mothers that way. They grow up using their fathers as models for men. As a result they believe men are supposed to be *******. When Mr. Nice Guy comes along and persues them, they think that he is less of a man if he is a gentleman and respectful towards them.
Take heart. Keep being nice to the ladies. You just need to learn how to be romantic, bold, and daring and be the kind of guy all the ladies want to be with. Rejections happen to every man who has ever walked the planet. If a woman rather date a douche bag then that is her loss and not yours. Until the last woman on the face of the earth rejects you, there is always a next one.

well you could also ask why do some good guys like b*tches...same thing...but at the end of the day...we all end up with what we allow ourselves to or what we want...sometimes dealing with the a$$hole let girls grow and mature to make better future relationship decisions...so when she gets the nice guy she knows how she was treated and will treat him with the utmost respect

girls like those kind of guys because it gives them something to do . They think its fun to try and fix them make them like us respectful guys. But really girls do like respectful guys they just dont like to show it, some girls also think its cool to be treated badly but they will find out soon enough.

Some of us tend to overlook the bad and see the good because some of the jerky guys are good looking. But i agree its a waste of time, and we cant really change a man.

We don't like assholes. We like confident guys taht are sure of themselves. Guys that try too hard are a turn-off.
