Mostly mayo (hellmans for sure), dash mustard, salt and pepper. Optional (taste a bit of the crab mix with a dash of each to choose which you like) onion salt, garlic salt, minced onion, minced cracker crumbs very small.

Crab Spread

You can substitute small cooked shrimp, surimi (artificial crabmeat), or smoked salmon or trout for the crabmeat in this delicious recipe.

INGREDIENTS:
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
6 oz. can crabmeat, drained and picked over
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. finely chopped pecans (optional)
1-2 tablespoons minced green onion
1 Tbsp. horseradish

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill several hours to blend flavors. 1-1/2 cups
