Yes! Cocoa Puffs are make good "treats", and you can just sub the Cocoa Puffs for the Rice Krispies. I have also had them made out of Lucky Charms and others. I don't think it would come out right with a "flaky" cereal however, because the flakes would be crushed too easily. I could be wrong though. I bet Cheerios would work just fine though.

Sounds great!! I think any "crunchy" cereal would do the trick, especially if it is in a "flake" form. Fruity or Chocolately peebles would be good....slighty crushed Froot Loops, Apple Jacks, Cheerios, etc..would be awesome with Special K, or even some of the Chex varieties. Don't be afraid to try....you can also eat the mistakes!

You can use cocoa krispies for chocolate or fruity pebbles for a different flavor.I think you could use about anything but you would have to adjust the amounts of cereal. ENJOY!!

Of course! Have you never had cornflake cakes?

My only comment is that something like Cheerios might be a bit hard going, because they're fairly solid. I'd stick to things that are lighter, like cornflakes, Special K, and so on, just so you don't break your teeth!

Have fun!

I have often considered cheerios, and think that they would work just as well---maybe taste even better!
