All others have given good ideas. I have calculated out that a four sided would take 120 running feet, 60 feet a side for plenty of room, if one long arrangement is suitable, then you have it made.
I liked Camilla's idea of a buffett also, get people mixing. That is especially true if there is no designated seating preplanned.

Try your tables in a triangular shape with people on outside and you could put a nice flower arrangement on a table in the middle
