Should I give this guy another try?

I have been talking to this guy romantically off and on for years..and as I started to question where our friendship was going, which I sent him a text and asked him where are we going from here...he then stated that he wanted to talk over dinner about this subject and he was glad i asked. From there he didnt call me for over two weeks, so i assumed he was bluffing. He then called me and said that his upset roomate stole his phone and he had to wait for his bill to come in to get my number....but i completely ignored him after that text (he nevered called, just texted me this information) for over 2 months because he knows where i live and could have visited if this really bothered him. So on valentine's day he found me on myspace and asked if we could be friends again and still wants to talk, hopes i am not mad at him.....what should i do?! really....I think i should keep it moving.

well since you texted him to ask a quite personal and in-depth question i dont see how you could be mad at him for not coming to see you in person. He probably thought you really did not want to see him. If he made the effort to talk to you now, take it slow but see where things go

Kick him to the curb. I wouldn't give this guy the time of day. Sounds like he only wants anything to do with you when it's convenient for him. What a douchebag.

he seems kinda lame to me. if he wont talk to you face to face (or at least over the phone) then he's not really worth your time
