Sounds like she might be having what's called an "irregular" heat. It's different from a split heat in that the interval between cycles is 4 months or less. It happens mostly in young females and corrects itself as they mature so treatment won't be necessary. They can't become pregnant, however, )if that is what she has, ask your vet to confirm) so you may want to spay her - it's healthier for her anyway.

It is very common for females to come into heat earlier than six month's. Just keep a record of her coming and going out and as she matures she will eventually come in on time.
I know this from experience I am a breeder. I currently have three females and I am very aware of their sometimes unusual heat cycles.
Note:If this doesn't stop by full maturity which is 24 month's for a dog take her to the vet.
Hope this helps=)

She could have developed a urinary tract infection (UTI) as well. The urine can be tinged with blood, and can actually look like they are having their period. They can also dribble...

I'd have her checked by a vet to ensure she doesn't have this or any other infection.

You might want to bring her in and have an exam done, especially if you are thinking of breeding her down the road. You don't want her to have an infection going on.
