I have been admiring this girl from the Netherlands from afar, but want to take her to dinner..how do I make it clear that she pays for her own meal??? in a language she can understand??

It is an English expression with no Dutch equivalent. "Samsam" or "Zullen we de rekening delen?" are okay. What rossonero said did not make sense to me but maye you could give your Dutch friend a good laugh when saying it.
But if I could give you a tiny piece of advise? Considering the fact that you said you have been admiring this girl from afar?
Personally I would consider it a bit odd when a guy I only knew from afar would ask me out for dinner and next immediately tells me to pay for my own food. I am Dutch and inspite of the fact that I NEVER expect a guy to pick up the bill at a (first) date, I am always pleasantly surprised if he does and next I always promise to pay the next meal for both of us.
Even better: Why not ask her out for coffee first? Much safer and more relaxed! And pick up that bill yourself for that cup of coffee (even if she wants second helpings or a brownie). If you hit it off you still have plenty of time to go for a meal.
But if you do insist on a meal for the first date I would suggest going for lunch. A much better (and cheaper) option for a first date.

Just say, lets go dinner. Going dutch is implied.

Ik wil jij voor avondseten uitnodig, maar jij moet voor je enig voedsel betallen. "Going Dutch" obviously won't translate. Why don't you want to pay though? I don't think this will make a very good impression.....

"Laten we apart betalen" so goes the translation in Dutch.

"Laten we samsam doen!" is the expression I would use as a native speaker.
You could also say: "Laten we de rekening delen".
"Laten we apart betalen", as already mentioned, is correct too.

There is not literal translation for it.
iederen moet voor zichzelf betalen = everyone pays for him/herself
