Just stop now, you obviously haven't got a clue what you are doing! Do you mean she came into season 3 days ago??? And you expect her to be ready now????

Also yorkies are toy dogs - they've have been reduced in size through breeding programmes. Your male's gotta be a lot smaller than the female or you risk killing her with large puppies. Please be careful - it's not as easy as large dogs and a dead dog with motherless pups won't be fun.

Any two dogs *can* breed and conceive a litter, however that doesn't mean that they *should* be bred. Essentially, you would be producing a litter of mutts. What, exactly would be your purpose of breeding them? And, just as FYI, there is no such thing as a 'teacup' Yorkie. The term is actually taboo amongst Yorkie enthusiasts and using it suggest little knowledge on the breed itself. (All the more reason NOT to breed the dog.) Generally speaking, small Yorkies under 5 lbs should not be bred. I would suggest the two of you get a hobby and abandon this horrible idea before you end up getting your dogs hurt and risking their lives.

hi im not going to knock you about what you are trying to do you must ot planned to breed so here we go make sure that the ***** is at least 18 months to 2 years old then you can breed if you want to but when the ***** is around the 11 or 12 day of her season then give her a nice bath and then put her with the dog and if she is ready she will stand for the dog may take a day but dont leave them because when they mate they tie and then the ***** will try and pull away and it hurts so you have to stay with them and make sure they dont hurt one another by trying to pull apart they will be in the tie for about 20 to 25 minutes so just be patient and and it will be ok she will stand for him when she is ready but if she dont then there isnt a lot you can do but on the 12th day of her season i always give my ***** a nice bath and put her with the dog and just leave them to do there own thing in a room with just you and the owner of the ***** and let them play for a while then there is no stopping in them I let them mate 3 times and it never fails good luck i hope this helps

Many dogs stay in season for 21 days and are receptive starting around The 11th day. You can tell when they are receptive as the swelling goes down a bit and the blood becomes more like water that is pink like you had cooked shrimp in the water and it turned pink. That is when they start being receptive.

she isn't ready yet..she should be in her prime on the 12th day of the heat cycle. To make sure she stands for him, scratch her back side if she stands still and crock her trail she is ready. I am hoping this female is 2 years old and the male is at least a year old. I would say you have a week left before she is ready.

Maybe he isn't interested because he is smarter than you and knows that there are already too many puppies out there. You and your sister should get your dogs fixed..they will be happier and healthier. If you need any extra money, you can get a part time job instead of breeding dogs.

Do not breed your dog. There are already many who cannot find homes.
