One of my good friend just recently broke up with her boyfriend. She's 22 years old, and he's 38. They knew each other for 2 years, but were together for only 3 months or so. After breaking up, her ex-boyfriend still had keys to her apartment and paid her a visit while she was with another guy. There was a bolt lock on the door, but he managed to cut it. He walked in on her having sex with her new boyfriend, and he just went psycho.

This is what he did:
He created an email address using her name, so that he can send out emails pretending he's her. He got some obscene pictures taken of the two of them when they were together, and he attached it the email. The email also included a message soliciting sex for money. He then sent this email to all the people that was on her MSN buddylist. The people on that list includes her customers (from her past employment as a sales for computer parts). The list also includes past and present colleagues. He also sent the email to her family.

No this is not legal and she needs to get a lawyer to have him cease this behavior. It is a form of harrassment and she needs to do something now.

It is illegal. Consult an attorney. Why didn't she call the police when he broke in? That would have helped her case as a documented police case. I'm not sure if she'll be able to prove anything now...but good luck. He's psycho! I hope she has changed her locks.

If I were her, I would definetely report that to the local police dept...that has to illegal in some form or fashion...I know that cutting the bolt lock is breaking and entering at least...maybe some kind of identity theft or slander in there as well...

Hello, the age thing in that relationship is irrelevant in this matter,i do believe he has done a b&e+breaking and entering unlawfully with out consent of the owner or tenant.the police should have been notified right away and placed his phyco azz in jail without bond and she should of pressed charges against him aswell. For all the rest of the picture and such .she should have been more careful .a lesson to be learned and hope others will forgive her for having such a loser for a boyfriend ,tell her in the future "no more losers".what was she thinking ,keep your computer private with your log on names .One more thing ,it is called restaining order ty for listening, yours truely chip.

She can file a report with the web server to close the account or threaten them with leagal action for allowing these things to happen on there site. Get a lawyer and sue him for lost wages and other things. That is why you never agree to pictures.
