Instead of tearing each other down ... think about this.

Can you name one person that posts on R&S who has different beliefs than you but you respect their opinions and intelligence?

Personally, I'm make it a point of reading anything that Pangel has to say. And J.P. always posts interesting answers.

i respect the other religions, because i understand them.

we seem to be afraid from thinks that are new and that we don't understand. that's why we should take the time, and read from the others person point of view.

but i must say, i don't like the people who quote the bible all the time and all they talk about is Jesus. I am a Christian myself, and proud to be one, but some people just go over board.

I indirectly did that before I got into 'Yahoo'. He is 'one up' from the Jewish synogogue rabbi. Interesting, is the fact that he is also looking at 'Christianity' so we can exchange info fairly freely. I have also seen a couple Muslims on R&S I am interested in listening to.

May you receive today there a large pleasant surprise to God's glory!!!

Not one specific person, but the Taoists who post here have piqued my interest in their belief. I knew little about it, and some of their postings have made me begin a little research into what they believe.

there are loads of people on here that i respect, but there are also loads of people on here that make religions look very stupid indeed( but you can normally separate these type's) it really is a shame because religion has great potential, but there are sum aspects that put me right off not just on what i read on here but in real life also,

just look at this idiot for example http://uk.answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AgkgRyRxM89_PRjEO8wZDmwgBgx.?qid=20070215114927AAWeFIL&show=7#profile-info-29xfJGx8aa whats all that about, its sad, and dont just say its just sum kid, because as i agree there are sum kids on here justing looking for trouble and pretend to be christian, there are aslo adults who do the same and probably are christian
