Is your cat an exemplary specimen of the breed? Do you even know the breeding of your cat? Are you filling a niche in the market by breeding your cat? Will anyone want the kittens? Are you planning on keeping all of the kittens and raising them throughout their lives?

Normally, I would understand the "love of the idea" that someone might have to breed a beloved pet, but why in the world would you want to breed an average cat with a poor temperament.

I'd suggest stopping by the local shelter and picking up a few kittens if you're itching for cute, furry critters around the home and you'll be saving innocent lives...

I doubt that this is the answer you want to hear, but you really shouldn't breed your cat if she's "very problematic and aggressive". These traits are likely to be passed on to her kittens, whether by genetics or by example.

The main point of breeding with any species is to improve the overall quality of the animals. This just seems like a step in the opposite direction.

If you want a kitten, go adopt one from a local pound/humane society. NO need to breed your cat and contribute to the already out of control pet overpopulation problem. Why not save a pet's life by adopting than causing the death of several by letting your cat have kittens.

Get her spayed - she'll be calmer, happier, and a better pet if she isn't constantly going through hormonal stress. If you want a kitten, adopt one.

And then you won't be contributing to the problem of pet overpopulation that causes millions of adorable kittens and cats to be put to death every year.

Excuse me, but if she's problematic and aggressive, why in the hell would you want to breed her???? So you can find homes for problematic and aggressive kittens??? She WILL pass those traits on, you know. DON'T breed her.

Talk to a vet or a shelter near you. May be then can help you. Why bring more into the world, adopt one. They have all kinds.

do not breed your cat. there are a lot of strays already. and the kittens will inherit these negative traits.
