With a 1099 MISC you will need to fill out a Schedule C for self-employment and report it on you tax return.

Not available on internet. You need red ink forms from an IRS office or Office Max. If they refuse to give their SSN just write Refused To Disclose on the form - the IRS will do the rest.

If you aren't their employer than you shouldn't be filling out any tax forms for them. Get an accountant.
