Well, when your sleep is disturbed during pregnancy to go pee, massage a charlie horse and change positions because of an aching back, you can fall right back to sleep after a few minutes of answering whatever the call or just simply being able to take a nap whenever you are sleepy. When your baby comes, it may be hours before you can go back to sleep after getting up to feed, change diapers or entertain and unsleepy baby, lol. As far as taking naps -it is wise to sleep when baby sleeps, but not alway convenient. That is why we say "enjoy your sleep while you can". Hope this helps. By the way. I am a mother of four, my youngest is 5 months old.

No, but it gets worse when you have the baby!! You have to breast feed or get a bottle ready, not to mention diapers, then theres getting up to pee and .... so much.
Once they get s few months old and sleep through the night you can have your sleep again! Good luck. My son started sleeping 6 hours, then 8 hours, and 12 hours at night by 3 months old.

I have given birth to three children, and I realize that you are very uncomfortable in your 8th and 9th months. But SOME sleep is better than NO sleep.
Pee before you lie down, lie on your SIDE and buy a "body" pillow to place between your knees and under your pregnant belly.

i never slept through the night before i was pregnant. cut back on fluids an hour before bed to ease off the peeing and go right before you go to bed. as for the pain buy extra pillows and sleep sitting partially up. body pillows are your friend. i still 4 years later dont sleep all night

i know exactly what you mean, i am up at least 3 times a night, which is still better than 5 or 6. so i guess they mean enjoy the quiet time when you "can" sleep before your baby gets here.

no, you pee like every hour or so, but take naps, and when the baby comes sleep when it sleeps.......cleaning can wait till your hubby comes home...........
