Is MARTA suppose to be?

is MARTA suppose to be buying out C-tran in Clayton County to Expand bus service

I haven't heard anything about that, but check out their websites periodically to see of any changes.

I looked at the website and did not see anything. I think it is like Cobb County. MARTA busses and Cobb County busses share a few border stops so you can transfer. They do not go onto each other's routes though.
