It started a few days ago I get this tingling feel in the middle of my forehead, its not numb but does hurt?

pinched nerve. go see back dr. I got the same kinda thing and it helps to get adjusted and a back rub.

I don't know if it's the same, but I get this before getting a migraine headache. It can start many days beforehand, and I know it's a warning, but I've unfortunately not worked out what to do about it to stop the migraine. I hope it's not a preliminary to a migraine for your sake - might be worth staying clear of cheese, chocolate and orange for a few days, see if that helps???
