if they are instructing you do to anything dangerous
then with respect sweetie do not do it
and please see a doctor
and i say this as someone who hears spirit ... but spirit ( or angels ) would never instruct you to do anything at all let alone anything dangerous
however you may wish to look at this in another way if you are sure this is nothing medical
it may be symbolic of a spiritual journey
it may be astral projection
it may be a waking dreams ( what we call hypnogogic state )
do look into all of these
but please be sensible with these voices
