How your eyebrow hairs grow back and how long they take to do so varies from person to person and depends how long you have been plucking them.
I prefer threading to waxing but waxing is more widely available. I've found threading to be less irritating.
Note: Waxing should be avoided if you use Retin-A on your face at all. It thins the skin.
Here's the link to the best article re: eyebrow shaping I've found:

Brow shape is a very personal thing. It not only depends on your face shape but the kind of look you want. (dramatic or natural, etc.)
If you can stand it, book an appointment w/ a professional and leave your brows entirely alone for 2-3 weeks. The appointment will be your motive. You want to create a "blank slate" for the professional & the best shape possible.
In the meantime, you can use clear brow gel to give them some shape and have some control. Maybelline makes a really good clear one. Their red brow pencils are pretty good for filling in spaces & come in different shades.
I've heard some people use apply Rogaine to their brows to encourage growth.

you want to follow your natural brow, thats popular right now. and there's no way of telling how they'll grow back unless you tell us how they've grown before. Generally, they'll need some brow gel for the first week or so, just so they don't stick out all weird. Also, the best shape to have right now is to have the arch start right above your pupil and the eyebrow be a bit thicker, but well groomed. You need to trim if you have dark or unruly hair- brush your eyebrow hair up and anything that goes over where your brows naturally are needs to be trimmed down, then a little gel, and you're good to go

ok, first... if you overplucked already or waxed them off... your once lucious eye brows may not grow back. Secondly, hair does not grow back thicker, darker or thinner! That is a myth and if you don't believe me you can look it up! (Not trying to sound mean). And thirdly, yes every eyebrow shape is different for every face. Your brow should start right above the corner of the inside of your eye (closest part toward your nose). Only pluck hairs underneath your brow, never from on top it'll look weird. Now this is tricky... but take a ruler or your hand and line it up with the corner of your nose then tilt your hand until you intersect your eye in the middle. Use a mirror of course... That is the spot where your arch should be. Last- the end of your brow should not extend the ending corner of your eye itself. And if your hairs are too thin try using a nice eyebrow pencil to fill it in. Good luck and I hope this helps!

This may be a difficult proposition. If you have been waxing or tweezing your eyebrows for a long time, some of the hair may not grow back. Or they may be thick and bushy as always. Every person's hair growth is different, so I would just advise you to go for it. At first, it will probably be a little sparse, so you might have to fill in with liner or shadow. I prefer eye shadow the color of my eyebrow hair, applied with a brush. It looks much more natural than pencil.
The only thing that might affect your hair growth positively is taking vitamin A. It helps hair and nail growth, both in regards to thickness and speed.
There are specific shapes, lengths, and arches that might best complement your face. If you have a hair stylist whom you know very well, ask him/her for advice on this. They know your face and hair very well, and will be objective and knowledgable on complementary styles. If you don't go to a stylist, try one, or look in magazines. Find models with face and eye shapes similar to yours, with similar foreheads. Take a que from them. They're styled by the pros.

Grow your eyebrows for a couple of months...they will grow back with the same texture as other brow hair. Go to a salon and have them shaped or buy a brow shaper kit. The arch should peak above the center of your pupil. Ultra thin brows are way out! Go thicker untill up untill the arch...

Pull out your pictures..and look at your eyebrows back then.. your natural eyebrows. Thats the way they should grow back. I had the same problem. I thined my eyebrows so much, they were just two straight lines. Your natural eyebrow shape is the ideal shape for your face. All you really need to do it just pluck or wax the little small unnecessary hairs off. Good luck! Don't over pluck!

Ithey will grow back fine.It actually depends on your health on how fast it grows.I think threading is better becuase it is more precise and takes longer to grow back.tht is what i also use.Keep ur natural shape dont force it to be too thin or arch becuase it wont look you .

you'll see them starting to grow back in about two weeks(just little specks) go to a salon professional and let them clean up and shape them for you. if your eyebrows have a natural shape then its best to stick to that, just keep them cleaned up

my advice would be to go to a professional and have them shape your eyebrows as they grow out.
