Just wondering if eating yogurt is ok to eat when you're pregnant...

Oh yeah it is - I eat it every morning - i'm 10 weeks prego and I have 2 other kids, yogurt is a very healty dairy product filled with nutrients and vitamins some people don't get enough of even when they're not expecting! My top pick - Yoplait Light Blueberry! OMG! To die for with granola! Indulge woman - pump that baby with vitamins and goodness! :) You'll be fine sweety - good luck!

yes yogurt is okay. I ate yogur when i was preg because i had a lot of yeast infections and it helped balance all those nice little bacteria that live in your body. if youre still unsure call yur docotr. a 30 second phone call can answer this question defintaly for ya!

yes very good. actually a side from the calcium and goodness in it; yogurt has cultures in it to help keep a yeast infection away. talk to ur doc. im sure he\she could explain more on this subject

Yogurt is an excellent source of calcium for your growing baby and beneficial bacteria for you. Eat all you want unless you are lactose intolerant.

There isnt anything you shouldnt eat when pregnant except certain sea foods.

yogurt is excellent for you when pregnant.
