how to deal w/ this girl situation plz read inside?

i know this chick that i just met not too long ago...we met b/c she approached me at the beginning...we talk now and ive met her a couple of times..shes always tryin to make plans w/ me but cause she really wants to hangout but so far she has backed out everytime.. she has backed out like 3-4 times now, although one of the times was kind of my fault. should i still try to make plans w/ her, or is she playin games?i mean its not like we havent already met...if she had no interest she would have stopped meeting up after the first time right?plz help.

hmm...maybe, maybe not. dont give up, maybe odds r against u guys right now...be careful though
