I would definately say Aveeno. You can buy ones that last for 24 hours and are unscented. My hands dry out right away because of the cold weather and the indoor heating, it definately works, and doesn't wash off when you wash your hands.

Clinique moisture surge works great on your face. It softens and doesn't cause it to break out. For face wash I like Wal-Mart's brand of Oil of Olay cream wash in the pump with gentle micro-beads.

Try Aveeno or Aquaphore. I also use Vaseline Intensive Care Renew and Protect Moisturizing Lotion. (White bottle green/white writting) blue cap.
