I found a duplicate of the wedding dress I want on an Ebay store, Bridal Images. I was wondering has anyone ever purchased a dress from this seller and how did it turn out. Really need some advice. Thanks Everyone in advance!

ronnie jo,

believe it or not, wedding dresses are a big area for fraud on ebay.

be very careful!

if you buy from ebay, only pay through PAYPAL and fund it with a CREDIT CARD.

then if anything goes wrong, you can call your CC company and file for a CHARGEBACK.

make sure your seller has sold many before and their feedback is not just from buying or selling lots of cheap crap.

make sure that they can guarantee delivery before 30 days. that is the deadline for filing a complant with ebay.

never let a seller run you past your filing deadlines.

good luck and happy wedding!

David's bridal, but it's better if you go in the store. I am a fashion designer and I swore I was going to get a Vera Wang sample or nordstrom sample. I found out David's prices are not only great but the selection and style of the dress are great too. Also they have payment plans and layaways plus sales and coupons. The alterations actual depend on what style of dress it is and where it needs to be altered- like a hem is easy and cheap but if you have a small torso and need the dress to be taken apart and shorten- that's more expensive.

I have also been looking on ebay for a wedding dress. I agree to look at the sellers feedback. I would have bought mine from there but I liked my first pick from bridalonlinestore.com better. Good luck.

My advice to you would be to check the seller's feedback on other sales. That will give you a great idea, from the buyer's perspective, how the seller operates. Good luck and congrats on your wedding!
