All the reputable online poker sites offer free play. There are some that even offer free roll tournaments for free. I would suggest you sign-up at any of the larger ones. The bigger and more popular the poker site, the more people that play there, hence you will always find a free game!

All of the major ones offer free poker for play money. The first link has a list of the major ones.

The second link is to a site that offers free poker, and actually pays cash prizes to the winners of free tournaments. Not a bad deal if you like tournament poker.
