I have brown hair past my shoulders thats naturally wavy, but most days I straighten it. Right now my bangs (they used to be side swept bangs) are growing out and in a very awkward stage. I can't wear them as bangs cuz they're too long, and I can't put all my hair in pony tail cuz they're too short for that. Just wondering if getting shorter choppier bangs would be a good move, or should I try to grow them out?! Please give me your honest opinions on what I should do. Thanks!

It's hard to say, it would depend on your face shape, forehead, etc.
You hair cut/ type sounds similar to mine and I never know if I want them or not. It pretty much comes down to what kind of mood I'm in when I'm sitting in the chair for the cut b/c I'll change my mind 20 times before then, lol.
It's just hair, it will grow back. If you want a change from your current look, go for it.

The inbetween stage is a pain! I know, I grow my bangs out and cut them back in all the time.
What you could do is layer more of your hair round the frame of your face so that the bangs fit into a layered look. You can tie your hair back into a pony tail and leave the layers hanging round your face. You can always pin back the longer layers, or if you want your hair totally off your face get some of those small clips and use several an inch or so back from your hairline to create a pulled back look with volume at the root.

i might want to advise reducing your hair in layers (for sure shoulder length), and getting bangs, because you would look sturdy in them. you'll experience so relieved after the decrease, because it's going to experience so gentle weight. lol, i had an identical situation very last 365 days.

yes!! bangs look super cute and r in style ! yu shud get them cut at eye level, and layer yur hair. You'll look gorgeous!

do not get them. If you havent had them by now it is too late. you will not like them. they take forever to get used to. I made this mistake last yr.
