Per,
Would suggest that you stop trying to mate with the neighbor's dog(s), female or not. If you insist, perhaps untying their leashes would be in order...to make it more sporting.
Now, ask yourself...if you can't get a human female to keep you company...why would you expect your neighbor's pets to like you?
