I cannot seem to get the letter I need from Ford - they say that they mail everyhting first class but nothing ever arrives

How can I get an original lien satisfaction letter?

Have them Fax it. Just a thought!

You can ask to have it overnighted, and have a copy be faxed to you.

Complain, complain, complain.

If they had the title, they should have released the lien on the title, thus you would not need the letter. If they didn't, then tell them that you have made multiple requests for the lien satisfaction, and they should overnight it out to you.

Request that they send it registered mail, and ask to speak directly to the clerk in charge of sending it. Don't trust the mail, or anyone saying something is "in the mail."

have them send it ups of fed x..make sure they have correct address...and call 3 times a day..bug the crap ouy of them..
