A lot of cash n carry's sell the clear plastic triangular type. i know I've seen them in Bookers,check their web site to find out what they have and how much and if there is one in your area.

Most places use Cling Film to wrap the sandwiches, then stick a white label on the over lapping edges with the filling written on it.

You need a licence/registration to do this if it is for profit ... Check with your local environmental health dept at your local authority/council. They will advise what you need to do.
Best get the paperwork sorted before you splash out on fancy packaging, eh?
