Smile and say hi the first few times then on day 3 or 4 you tell him you think he's cute. Be brave!

If you see him often just go up to him and say hello my name is such and such..... and then you proceed with asking him "what is your name"? and then you should say "It seems as though I see you a lot so I just thought that I'll just introduce myself". Introducing yourself only takes about a minute. Taking that step can lead you to a lifetime of happiness. ENJOY!!

just go straight up to him and ask him if he want to hang out. if he says yes, most likely he likes you.
