Possom was certainly a delicacy in poor, rural areas when I was a kid, but you never hear about people eating it anymore because now everybody (except maybe Ted Nugent) buys everything in grocery stores.

The only way that I know of that you'll get possom meat is to go out and kill one, clean and cook it yourself.

I have never heard of anybody eating coyote, and can't think of any reason why anybody would want to eat it. It would be like eating a tough old dog. Sound appetizing? No, didn't think so!

i know ppl over in other countries eat the most random crap...ive heard of some ppl in other countries eating rats, monkey brains, cow nuts....so im sure both possum meat and coyote are delicacies somewhere...but there DEFINETELY is no market for them in the u.s. maybe coyote...but possum is OUT. good luck though.
