If you arent experienced I wouldnt do it at home. Try to find a salon that sin your budget. Theres 3 or 4 different levels of developers depending on the brand and what results your trying to reach. Also are you going to need ot get toned? How many levels lift are you going for? DONT do it by yourself. **

I bleached my hair for a year and LOVED it! I didn't go to the drugstore to buy hair dye; I found a cheap hair salon that would do it. I got such interesting colors each time I went, and in the end my hair was the color of golden straw; it was gorgeous.

I had to stop bleaching because my hair was getting too porous; it felt like a wig after a while, and the bleaching process burns your scalp for a half an hour, so you have to have a high pain tolerance.

That said, I am in total support of you bleaching your hair. If you are brunette, go for the strongest, because that will give you the best, least orange results. I would still recommend going to a cheap salon, or going to a salon and negotiating price if you don't have a lot of money. Because if you don't like the color they can just keep going until you get the color you want, and then you can go back every 4 weeks to get it done and they'll know what you want.

Good luck! I bet you'll love the results - bleaching hair is so fun!

What color is your hair? What color are you going for? The boxs come with it all in there. If you bought your hair lightener from a store go there and ask them.
