I'm going to buy a digital camera and I want to make sure that the cables I need come in the whole pkg...for example, usually when you buy a digital camera comes with: an installation cd, battery, a band so you can carry it around, etc...

its not a usb cable (has nothing to do with a pc) its just a jack, if your camera has the ability to watch pics on TV, it will be supplied in the camrera box

hi, you are very likely referring to the a/v (audio/video) cable, and not the usb cable as mentioned by emeraldsnewlife, no offence meant. the usb cable is only meant for data transmission from the camera to your PC.

i am not sure but i suspect that this cable should be provided as part of the camera package if your camera supports playback on the television as robert n mentioned earlier. you can verify with others and check with the staff before you make your camera purchase.

It's an audio/video cable or RCA cable (at least one end has 3 connectors: white, red for audio, and yellow for video).
