Ok I have been dating this dude for a while and I am pretty sure that I love him and I care for him dearly, but the thing is I don't think he really knows I really feel that way about him How should I show him how much I like him?

Firstly you have to know if he feels the same about you. one thing with guys is that if a girl falls for them and she shows her love and care without it being reciprocated then they come to the conclusion that she is clingy. if he doesn't feel the same way I think its best if you don't change anything until he also comes to his own conclusion that he loves you and cares very deeply about you.
If he on the other hand knows loves you and shows it but he is not sure that you do you have to make nice romantic gestures for him so he can be sure. they don't have to be expensive or cost a fortune. But they have to look like you put a lot of you own effort to make it happen. for instance make him a meal from a cookery book when you have no idea how to cook. it is usually the effort that makes them smile not the out come. Oh and when you buy them gift think of what they want not what you think they should have. It is one of the most common mistake. You might think how am I supposed to know???? well you can ask him about 8 months before his birthday and he would call your bluff in feeling so sure you would forget by the time the day comes. Wait it out. No need to push the "L" word on him. He'll notice. If he loves you he'll say it soon enough. Don't let it be a habit. Use the "L" word sparingly and let him decide when to say it first. That will let you know for sure that he feels that way too. And, as far as showing him, just be yourself, no need to try harder. At the end will bite you in the butt. If he loves you...you will know.

If you really love him, he feels that...the way you act shoud be a good way of showing what you feel...You can also tell him...a simple "I LOVE YOU!" can make wonders...
