change your soap/shampoo/conditioner/body wash, to a non allergenic brand... then lower the temp of your shower...if water is too hot it brings blood to the skin surfaces and in turn can cause itching..... also makes sure towels and the detergent they are washed in are not the cause. keep a journal for a couple of weeks and change one thing at a time and write down the results, that will give you some idea of what the cause may be... start first by changing water temperature... cool to tepid water

Helo,
I believe it is the soap. I had a problem with my arms itching after showering. I changed to an oatmeal bar soap & it did improve. I also got some good tips on a website called Dawnsskincare.com Might want to check out this site.
Wishing you the best,
jules

NO it's not all in your head. I have the same problem. Nothing I've tried works very well. Sometimes after the hot shower I will rinse in cold water,,helps some.
Sorry I can't help much,,but I will be watching your question in hopes you get a good ans.

Use hypoallergenic products. Johnsons PH5.5 is pretty good.
