Hello everyone! Well, past year, I had been to Florida and I bought a pack of "Golden Gourmet" dry cat food with fish flavor (by Purina, I think).
Unfortunately, I cannot buy that cat food over here in Germany, where I live. Of course, we do also have excellent and great cat food in this country -- but, I want to feed my little, spoiled tiger with "Golden Gourmet" again from time to time! ;-)
Does anyone knows how I can optain/buy that cat food over here in this country or where I might get it?
Purina doesn't ship to outside the U.S. and I also do not have a credit card myself, either.
Who has an idea, or might help me?

Is there another alternative other than Purina? I don't know if your cat is used to the Purina food already, but maybe you can try a similar brand. If you can have a family or friend ship you a bag of the Purina food, then you can buy a different brand that you can get in Germany. Since most cats will either stop eating or get sick if you suddenly switch their food, mix the Purina with the new brand (keep with the same "flavor" if possible) little by little until you've switched over to the new brand entirely. If you're planning to live in Germany for a while, having the Purina shipped to you could become costly.

I know you want to feed the cat a really great cat food, but you can also make your own alternatives: an egg mixed over their food will give a nice glossy coat over time, for example. Try http://www.catsunited.com/html/cat_food.html for more info.

Good Luck! :)

Purina cat food is filled with by-products and cheap corn fillers. Feeding it to your cat is like feeding fast-food to your cat, not very healthy, but tastes damn good. Save your money and buy healthy premium food from a pet store so you can save in vet bills in the future. Your cat is what it eats!!

Do you have any family who is here in the states that you can trust to send you the favorite treats for the pampered puss? Send them a cashiers chech or money order and have them send it to you via UPS or Fed Ex. Safe and secure. Good luck to you and your furry four legger!
