I have a ton of fine thin hair too, and I bought a ConAIR Ionic Blowdryer...that's supposed to be easier on your hair by less heat. It works really well and it's even quieter than most blowdryers that make you feel like you've lost your hearing! Try that one out though, you'll be surprised! I hope that helps a little!

Any hair dryer is good, as long as you keep it on low heat while drying!

Go to Sephora online. They have this blowdryer I forgot what it was called. It's like $200 but its supposed to work great and do like no damage to your hair.

They all shoot out hot air. None of them have "gentler" air or anything. You just need to use a lower heat setting, it will take a little longer but will be better for your hair.
