Take boneless, skinless chicken breasts and cut them into bite sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Next roll the pieces in flour seasoned with season salt, onion & garlic powder, then egg (one - two eggs depending upon how many nuggets you want to make) and finally roll the nuggets in a mixture of crushed corn flakes and Captain Crunch cereal. You can either bake the nuggets or deep fry. Enjoy!

You need lean chicken breast and have to but it in a blender to turn it into a past add herbs, garlic but no salt if for children.you can add a bit of full fat cream but not much and not important.
you then need flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.portion the chicken past to about the size of a table spoon, roll each portion in the flour, then egg and the the breadcrumbs and shape how you want.shallow fry using sun flour oil as that is better for you than veg oil or bake off on a tray with grease proof paper.hope all goes well and good on you for wanting to make your own.

Cut you boneless chicken strips to the size that you would like.
In a small bowl put some milk for dipping, add salt, pepper, garlic powder
In a second bowl put flour, salt , pepper, garlic powder
Heat oil
Season chicken nuggets with salt, pepper, garlic powder
***I know that it sounds like alot of seasoning, but most of it washes off during the dipping process.
Dip nuggets into milk, now dip the nugget into flour, back into the milk, back into flour
Place in hot oil
Serve with your favorite sauce or gravy. My husband loves these with country gravy
