See - a - teh bay
"bei" is used in some circumstances instead of "belli", but inside a sentence, not alone, and "bei" follow "siete" just in some idiomatic expressions: for instance "siete bei tipi, voi!" or "siete proprio dei bei soggetti", in both cases the meaning is "you are indeed strange guys!" or similar, according to the context; "Che bei nani!" = "What beautiful dwarfs!".
Usually, as martox said, "siete belli" is the proper way to say "you are (plural) beautiful"

see-et-tay bey, you are beautiful

When you see a day on a beautiful bay, make certain to see that the bay is full of goodness too. So that when storms come up you will still see a beautiful day. And be thankful. [A little Italian thinking to go with it].
