If you are looking for a concealed carry permit go to the county courthouse. They have all the information you need. Unless it's changed since I got mine, non-residents can only carry a handgun while hunting or fishing. It's been several years since I renewed mine.

There are no weapons permits in Pennsylvania unless you are wanting a full-auto. Pennsylvania is not as ridiculously left as california or new york, they would not allow such a thing to happen.

Not sure what kind of "weapons permit" you think you need, but here's the current gun laws. You do not need a permit for a ordinary handgun or rifle.

As strange as this may sound, go to the local Sheriff's department. I have yet to go to a cop shop that didn't know how or where to get that kind of information! You should also be able to get that info from any reputable firearm dealer in the area too.
