I'm sorry but there is no good answer to this question. Alcohol has 7 calories per gram. If you want a "low-calorie" beer, what you need is something with very little alcohol in it. I'm sure your next question is "Who wants that?" That's my point: There is no good answer.
However if you want to lose fat, you should get more physical activity in your life. Industrial labor, will pay bills and shed unwanted pounds. Other options include: biking, hiking, having a committed and vigorous relationship.
Also you want to consider drinking less. That much alcohol each day is very harmful to your liver. http://www.alcoholics-anonymous.org/en_find_meeting.cfm
But if you don't like that suggestion, may I suggest that you drink lots of water, water will help you keep your liver healthy.

Honey, you have bigger problems than weight gain. Have you ever thought that you just might have a problem. If you are more concerned about a way around the weight gain by drinking MORE booze.....then you just might be and alcoholic. Go for a jog and cut back to social drinking. If social drinking to you is 3-4 shots in front of the TV with your dog......then go to a meeting......

better start working out..hehe
Of course light beers have less calories, but they are still over 100. I worked at a gym for a while and all the fit guys who drank beer were on the bikes for at least an hour.
You could just give up drinks a couple times a week.

Start drinking Michelob Ultra or Miller Lite. I would recommend Bud Light, but the flavor is horrible compared to the other lights.
There is also a Vodka that has zero carbs on the market, I cannot recall the name right now.

go w/ light beers (they all have lower calorie content, although each beer is slightly different) ... and it really depends on what you like as far as taste, cause one person may love millier light, while an other may hate it & prefer bud light, or amstel light or becks light ... you get the idea. but honestly, the best thing to drink, if you're going to drink at all & are being selective due to caloric content, it's best to drink RED wine or vodka, and if you mix vodka, you should only mix it with club soda w/ a lemon or lime twist.

i am a trained bartender. some of my weight conscience customers order a bacardi rum and diet coke. not only is this low cal, but the artificial sweetner in the diet coke acts as a catalyst, increasing the alcoholic absorbtion rate, yeilding a faster buzz.

any type of light beer has reduce calories, but miller ultra light has the fewest amount of calories, and as for liquor any type of clear liquor is going to have fewer calories and if you mix it with diet pop, well you have about the fewest calories you can besides water, so a suggestion would be vodka and diet sprite, thanks
